REPORTS TO: Lead Esthetician/Owner

INTENTION: To provide the highest level of skill, professionalism, and customer service through exceeding the expectation of every client, team member, and management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To perform all services to the highest quaintly for every guest.
  • To continue education on service, sales and business skills – at least 3 classes per year inside or outside shop.
  • To continue education and improve skills on all product lines and procedures. This is weekly or monthly in house training or videos while on shift
  • To establish and maintain retail and service goals.
  • Perform designated housekeeping duties. This includes, but not limited to:
  • Laundry, cleaning employee room, Airbrush rooms, esthetic rooms and common areas
  • Follow all guidelines set forth in the Team Member Handbook.
  • Present a well-groomed, fashionable appearance in dress, hairstyle & make-up, positive and attractive salon image. For detailed description please see Team Member Handbook
  • Offer every service and product the salon has available per the quality standards established by management.
  • Maintain acceptable level of cleanliness of equipment as required by law and Massachusetts Board of Cosmetology Standards.
  • Participate in one on one coaching sessions, salon and company meetings and training.
  • Continually upgrade abilities trough education and training made available.
  • Know all pricing and service policies of the salon.
  • Display confidence and professionalism always.
  • When not servicing clients, tend to other job responsibilities assigned.
  • Continually promote yourself and the salon to ensure growing productively.
  • Become proficient and service guests by following the Guest Service Flow.
  • Follow all systems on salon policies for prebooking, referral programs, client assessment, promotional events and other.
  • Present a positive attitude to company, product, and staff.
  • Perform any other relevant duties or tasks to support the salon.
