This includes, but not limited to: Laundry, cleaning employee room, Airbrush rooms, esthetic rooms and common areas Follow all guidelines set forth in the Team Member Handbook. Present a well-groomed, fashionable appearance in dress, hairstyle & make-up, positive and attractive salon image. Maintain acceptable level of cleanliness of equipment as required by law and Massachusetts Board of Cosmetology Standards. Participate in one on one coaching sessions, salon and company meetings and training. Continually upgrade abilities trough education and training made available. Know all pricing and service policies of the salon. Display confidence and professionalism always. When not servicing clients, tend to other job responsibilities assigned. Continually promote yourself and the salon to ensure growing productively. Become proficient and service guests by following the Guest Service Flow. Follow all systems on salon policies for prebooking, referral programs, client assessment, promotional events and other. Present a positive attitude to company, product, and staff. When booking a service, you must inform us of your intent to use a promotional offer. If you fail to inform us, you may be liable for the full price of the service. We offer gift cards in any amount. They may be purchased in person, over the phone or online. They are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

Gratuities are not included with the pricing of our services. At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by our technicians. Gratuity envelopes are available upon check out. The industry standard ranges from 15-20% of the service fee. Please note that we do not add gratuity onto credit card payments. For your convenience there is an ATM located inside our salon.

We accept all major forms or credit and debit cards and cash.

We understand that traffic can be unpredictable however, we ask that should you find yourself running late to please call ahead to ensure that your appointment can still be accommodated. While we do our best to run on time and accommodate each and every client, our staff does have a full schedule to adhere to and cannot afford to keep guests who arrive at their scheduled appointment waiting. We will always do our best to reschedule or accommodate, we just ask for your patience and understanding.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to any medical or skin care service that requires paperwork. All other appointments we would appreciate you arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

We welcome walk-in appointments, however to ensure that your service is scheduled at the best time for you, we recommend that you schedule your appointment 2-4 weeks in advance. You can schedule your appointments by calling, booking online or through the Glow Beauty Boutique app. A credit card is required at the time of booking your appointment. We will not charge your card until your service is complete, unless the appointment is no-showed or canceled with in less than 24 hours. Please review our cancellation policies.
