IPL Consult
IPL is Intense Pulse Light which is used for hair removal, red and brown spots and rejuvenation of the skin. The light energy is absorbed by melanin in the hair shaft and converted to heat energy, which causes hair follicles to enter a dormant period and eventually fall out. IPL hair removal devices can work for people with black, dark brown, light brown, and medium brown hair, but not white, silver, or red hair.
